Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine April 10, 2015 - We received a letter from Complete Payment Recovery Services , Inc. out of Alabama, regarding a debt from - we DO not even KNOW who or what this is. Letter sent out - saying it was a payment to a company we do not even use or ever heard of. Also, an amount we have never paid.
