I contacted bot - and the agency and neither are willing to help. they pass the ball to each other so no one is responsible. on -/-/- I faxed a request to have removed and my report was updated that the inquiry will be removed -/-/-. Vengroff Williams, Inc Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine July 11, 2015 - I received a notice from a collection agency ( Vengroff Williams ) and am contacting you because I do not owe this debt. This was settled with - back in -/-/-. I picked up the trailer in - for a - way trip to -. When I went to turn the trailer in at the - location, the place was closed. I then called the - number and was told just to drop it off. They would take care of it on their next business day. - charged my credit card and then refunded the amount after I called them explaining what happened. I called the collection agency when I received the first notice. Today... |
