September 2, 2015 - The issue I am having is not truly listed above. Today, -/-/2015, i received an alert from my credit monitoring service that a collection account had been added to my credit report. I immediately called the collection agency to find out what the debt was and why I never received the notice in the mail. They told me that the letter was sent to - - - - but I moved from that address and now live across the street at - - - - which was why I had not received the mail. - - - is vacant so no one gave me that mail and I never received any forwarded mail from USPS...
