Check City Partnership, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to March 31, 2015 - I was receiving daily phone calls from Check City regarding setting up a repayment plan on a payday loan that I was not able to repay when it was due. They pressured me to promise to pay more than I could afford and I told them this, but they continued to use high -pressure tactics to make me agree with them which I would end up doing in order to get off the phone. - agent even starting yelling to her co-workers she 's lying, she is not going to pay '' while using these colelction techniques.
