Allied Interstate LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me instead of my attorney September 2, 2016 - I have been trying to get Allied Interstate/- to communicate with my credit counselor regarding my debt. Despite receiving verbal and written authorization to do so, they still refuse to communicate with him. I have also agreed to a settlement amount of $1500.00, but the last time I spoke with Allied they told me that they could only mail the settlement letter and that they would n't date it for further than 10 days from the day I spoke with them - which would not give me enough time to send the settlement payment.... |
