U.S. Bancorp Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me instead of my attorney August 17, 2015 - We have a lawsuit pending with US Bank. We get calls from some business who claims to be US Bank. I looked up the telephone number and it seems to be a debt collector or telemarketer. ( - ) We gave them the lawyer 's information and read them the lawsuit along with saying the FDCP says that the must deal with him. They claim that the law does n't apply to them! If US Bank hired them to harass us have they not violated the court order or the collector breaking the law? I also received a letter, on US Bank stationary demanding that we need t pay them from the collector. ... |
