Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm April 10, 2015 - This company sent me a letter about an alleged debt that they claim they received from their client - -. I do not have an account with - - and when I closed my account with - - I left with no outstanding bill as far as I can recall. I have not had an account with - - since 2013. I have never done business with this company in the past for no reason whatsoever. When I received notification from this company about the alleged debt, I responded by asking for Validation of Debt ''. This company has yet to provide me with competent information related to this debt however, ... |
