Wells Fargo Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action seized/attempted to seize property August 12, 2015 - I have a personal loan with Wells Fargo and I was out of the country for a funeral and my personal loan fell behind. Wells Fargo discontinued my debit card while I was overseas and took all my funds from both my checking and savings leaving me without no funds without sufficient notice and failed to refund the money when i asked them why they took all funds from my account. I had no money for rent and my direct deposit check was seized as well. ... |
