TD Bank Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay problems when you are unable to pay November 13, 2015 - I have a loan through TD auto finance. I have fallen behind on my car loan with them. I have tried to work arrangements out with them to try to catch up in installments to prevent collection calls but they are refusing to work with me. What is worse they are consistently calling my parents house where I do not live and my parents are not on the loan. I have requested that they stop calling them since I do not live there and they have no part in this loan. The company refused and said they would not remove their number or stop calling them until I brought the loan current. ... |
