Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt August 2, 2016 - My complaint is from the Very Beginning - - was very Cantankerous & trying to bully me around over the phone. Then later I received a Notice of Wage Garnishment of $18000.00 from -. This company did not lend me $18000.00 they purchased the loan from the Original owner Cash Call who lent me $5000.00 to pay my Federal taxes. Therefore I do n't believe its Honest, Integrity or Fair for them to try & collect $18000.00 from me when that 's not the Correct Accurate amount of the Original Loan. - nor cash call ever tried to work with me - just called me all the time with threat... |
