Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft May 10, 2016 - my personal identity has been stolen and used to open this account i have filed police report and and affidavit to that effect but this company has this fraudulent account on file as me as well as continue to try to collect and report this fraudulent account to the credit bureaus ...... |
