I have explained my self in debth and requested they stop their aggressive and annoying methods of contacting me and yet they refuse to hear me out. This account should be deleted from my credit report. they are making me reach un realistic means to proof myself to them while i sit back and allow them to pretend that they are a legitimate business and that they care about the oidenty theft i endured. Ad Astra Recovery Services Inc Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft September 18, 2015 - I have a collection on my Credit Bureau showing that I owe $650.00 Dollars that is the result of Identity Theft. I have been disputing these false charges on me for over 2 years. This loan was taken from an individual in another state also an out of state Bank and deposited to an out of state bank at which I have never gone to. I feel nobody has investigated this issue THOROUGHLY or you would see this is not me. I reported this issue as soon as I found out about it. Now it is showing a collection on all three Bureau 's this is not me I do not know how else or what else to say. Please help me... |

I have advised that I have never received a payday loan from their company and that I was a victim of identity theft. I have requested legal documents like a contract that should be in place if I did such a thing. The company will not respond to me nor verify an information regarding this supposed loan. I have disputed with all - major credit bureaus several times and they keep telling me the company verified. ... |
