Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt March 25, 2015 - An apartment company filed a invalid debit with Hunter Warfield Collection agency. I had filed a notice to dispute and also contacted the apartment company and an attorney. The leasing company, - - - in - - chose to ignore the letter from my attorney stating the debt was invalid and discontinuing collection activities. About a 4 days after the letter from my attorney was writtent to both the collections agency and the leasing company an old aquantance of mines PARENTS recoevef automated dialings from the collections agency about me.
