CCS Financial Services, Inc. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt October 1, 2015 - The - - - was billing my - son rather than myself, his mother. I am the primary insurance holder and responsible party that should have been contacted to settle the balance. I was unaware of the balance owed of $12.00 and had paid for all of my known balances. I recently received a Credit Collection bill in the mail addressed to my - son and immediately called the Credit Collection - and - who said they had made a mistake in billing my son.
