Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action attempted to/collected exempt funds December 17, 2015 - I was sued for a debt from -/-/- on -/-/- by Results Unlimited and attorney 's - - - - and - - -, - - - # -, -, Va - regarding - in the amount of $1100.00. I was unable to pay this debt. The suit was twelve years after the lease expired. Results Unlimited and Townhouse Park Apartments are still attempting to collect this debt and has placed a lien on my bank account. This is 18 years after the remaining balance on the lease was owed.
