September 13, 2015 - Allied Interstate in - placed a wage garnishment against me on a student loan debt that was outstanding ; while making small payments from time to time. June 30, 2015 - Husband defaulted on student loans, Allied Interstate began garnishing 15% of his wages. They stated this will happen for - months & on top of that we pay additional - towards loans. It has been - months with garnishment, we have sent all paperwork requested in (even though they sent us wrong form, stated they lost items we sent in, etc.) now that garnishment is supposed to end, they state that they want us to pay - per month instead of - on top of the 15% of wages.
