VA mortgage Applying for a mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage
This is in reference to ClearPath lending - - - - -, - CA - CFL # -, NMLS # -. They are using deceptive and persistent targeting tactics against VA mortgage loan homeowners. They are continuing to target me in a campaign that looks as if I have an expiring mortgage account, using my information and my actual lenders name in the letter. I have contacted them and asked to be removed, but they insisted they needed more personal information.
