I have sent several factual disputes to each bureaus informing them of the inconsistencies and violations of the FCRA with how this account is reporting on my credit profile. It is my understanding that the FCRA requires that all credit bureaus are reporting the same information across the board, and that information has to be consistent, if not its a violation. Theres several violations with this report such as, the inconsistent date is open, stating the account is not being disputed when it is, Transunion reporting this account as open and - and - reporting it as closed!
