I had a missed call from National Credit Services at about - - on -/-/19. I returned the call and verified my date of birth but refused to give the last four of my social security number. I asked the rep who they represented and she kept giving me her company 's name. I asked for a supervisor the rep asked me to hold and then came back onto the line to ask me to continue holding. I advised her that wasn't necessary and to please just remove my telephone number. We ended the call. The next morning I received another call. I called back and again verified my date of birth and again refused to confirm my social security number. I asked why I was being called when I requested my number to be removed. The rep asked my why I wanted my number removed. I advised her that it didn't matter why I wanted it removed. I asked if it was documented that I wanted my number removed and she stated that it was. I advised that I would be filing a complaint.
