On Thursday, -/-/2019 I received a letter from Debt Recovery Solutions regarding an alleged debt they were trying to collect for -. I called the phone number stating I have never done business with either company. Debt Recovery Solutions had MY vital information including my social security number. I then contacted - account services, and they provided me with information on the alleged agreement including a DOB and a Social Security number that belongs to MY FATHER, not me. My father and I share a name, he obviously is -, and I'm - - has the correct information, whereas their debt collector Debt Recovery Solutions has unlawfully obtained my social security number and somehow are trying attach it to this alleged debt. I contacted Debt Recovery Solutions informing them of their blatant irresponsibility and contacting /harassing the wrong person. They demand I make a police report, and refuse to correct the issue. They need to be investigated thoroughly for their unlawful business practices. This is not my debt, nor has it ever been my debt. To date they have refused to provide me with the documentation.
