Pacific Union Financial They have taken - dollar 's from us and - - for Apprasails because the loan went from Conventional to FHA. We started the process in -/-/- of 2018 and is now -/-/- of 2018. They have given us 3 differnt close dates and we have spoke with 5 different employees that work for Pacific Union Financial out of the - - location and we were told one of the 5 is no longer with the company due to the way she handled our loan process in the begging. - -, - -, - -, - -, - -. None of these employees have been able to close our loan for us we have sent them every document that they have asked for, they do not call back and the only person out of the one 's listed above that answered the phone when we called was -. They are very incompetent and it left my family and i wondering if they are qualified for the dutys of their jobs. We are an exsiting customer of them and because of this we will be finding someone to refinance what loan we already have with them due to the struggle it has been to work with them. I strongly advise any looking for a lender to run far away if you see this company coming and to refinance if you are with them.
