I contacted Wells Fargo to pay my debt and requested a letter showing that I paid my debt. I received the letter from Wells Fargo but the wording on the letter does NOT clarify that my debt is paid in full and that there is a - balance on my account. The letter states that " Upon receipt of valid funds we would update our records to indicate the account is settle ''. I've call several times requesting a letter clarifying that my debt is settle in full but the representatives keep rejecting my request, I've ask to speak to a supervisor and the reps tell me he is at lunch and on another call I made they said the supervisor had to " leave early '' and that he would return my call at a later time. This is not to much to ask for a simple letter stating that my account is settle in full, I don't understand why they are giving me such a hard time. I'm in the process of buying a house and I need this documents asap this is time sensitive. Thank You!!!!
