Several members of my family have received phone calls at all hours of the day from various numbers claiming a lawsuit has been filed 6-7 times a day, even after being asked to be remove their number. My elderly father received a phone call informing him that someone would be coming to his home address to serve him papers and that he needed to be present to sign. The caller informed him that an amount of $3400.00 is due and that the amount would increase upon court fees. I received a letter that stated they wanted my report with an emphasis on employment status and lawsuit worthiness from LAW OFFICE OF D SCOTT CARRUTHERS - - - -, -, CA -.
