I recently received a copy of my credit report and I noticed that theres an account with collections on my report. I sent a certified letter to the collections agency asking for debt validation in - 2017 I have not received a response from the agency and again i sent another letter asking for debt validation since I have no knowledge of this account or what it could possibly be for or from. I tried reaching out via phone with no success and this negative account is damaging my credit
