I was limited to options in selecting my dispute and complaint I am submitting. To clarify there is a bank " - - - - '' that is reporting a loan I had with them as Chapter - Bankruptcy ... ..I 've never filed for chapter - nor chapter - bankruptcy and this information reporting is false and untrue. I have been disputing this with the credit reporting agency 's but need to wait at least 30 days before the disputes are finanlized. In the meantime my credit score is low because this remark is reporting. I 've tried to rectify and have this false information removed off my credit reports but to no avail. - - - - should not have reported that I did chapter -. I am submitting this complaint because it is ruining my credit score with this false information and I want that remark removed off my credit reports. I am going to submit this complaint because - - - - - is not listed to receive complaints. I am in hopes that CFPB could assist me in this matter.
