I do not know Attempts to collect debt not owed Debt is not yours California

Synchrony Financial otherwise known as Synchrony Bank started sending me text notifications in -/-/- regarding a debt for a Wal Mart credit account. I called them up and informed them that I am not the owner of the account, that being a gentleman named - -


should stop happening. The latest text message came on Saturday -/-/- at - - from a - number.

The message reads : FRM : Synchrony Bank for your Walmart Credit C SUBJ : Account Alerts MSG : The balance on your Walmart Credit Card has exceeded $500.00 I am not able to provided dates regarding previous text messages and phone calls. However, I did call them 4 times in - at a minimum. I have tried being polite with them and I have tried being a complete asshole. Neither tactic has worked to getting them to stop.

The debt associated with my cellphone is not mine and I am fed up with being constantly harassed over this debt.
