M&T Bank Corporation Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Maryland

My wallet was stolen and $500.00 was taken from my account. M & T bank is denying my claim because they are saying there is no way someone could access my pin # in order to take the money out. I explained that my SS card was in my wallet and my pin was last 4 of my social but that is not good enough for them. Therefore I am out $500.00 and they are saying there is nothing they can do. They are basically accusing me if stealing my own money.
