Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I noticed an unrecognized and unauthorized transaction on my credit card. Since I am a busy person, I have not noticed this suspicious transaction up until my accountant asked me about it when he reviewed my statements before the tax season. I feel really bad since I contacted the bank twice and both times they rejected my claim without providing me any proof that it was me that actually made those transaction. I would like to get all the details on why the bank decided to reject my claim. It does not make any sense that i will lose over $5000.00 without getting any answers.
