Incorrect information on credit report Public record Texas

I initially sent a dispute as the info on my TransUnion Credit Report is inaccurate as it related to a Chapter - Bankruptcy. I received notice back they the information was verified and it listed it as being verified through the courts. I knew the filing dates were inaccurate so I pulled my file and sent supporting information and sent to the bureau. They still sent me back " Item Verified '' Therefore, they claimed to have gotten the information from the Courts and when I reached out to them ( the Courts ) they advised that they do NOT supply information to Credit Bureaus or 3rd party agencies. To better assist you guys in your research I have attached supporting documentation as it related to the bankrupty listed on my report ( s ) showing a filing date of -/-/2016 not -/-/2016 as reported to the credit bureaus. With that being said, it is my understanding since they are reporting inaccurate information this MUST BE DELETED as per FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) : " If the Credit Bureau can not VALIDATE the information with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, they must remove said information from the consumer credit file ''. If you look at the attachment I have attached you will see clearly that the filing was completed on -/-/2016.. This items should be removed. Thanks in advance for your help in resolving this matter.
