Incorrect information is being reported. Company will not update information in a timely manner despite updates being provided directly from creditor. Credit score does not reflect activity. Company should have a faster process to resolve disputes when consumers are impacted by negative information especially when it is incorrect. Consumers should not have to pay for these services and not be able to receive expedited assistance in emergency situations such as when health, housing and transportation are impacted.
