Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low
Wells Fargo & Company Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California
I have filed this complaint before and received a robots response of " The banks right to approve or deny a transaction even if there are no funds in the account. '' Paraphrased of course. Or the common term " Banks Discretion. '' Well last time I filed here I got a call from them and the rep upset me more. I let it go and went to the BBB. I got a letters response basically telling me that its in the " Fine Print '' or account disclosures. Which I responded with the single question of " WHAT CHANGED ON THE ACCOUNT BETWEEN LAST YEAR AND THIS YEAR AS TO WHY ITS THE " BANKS DISCRETION '' TO APPROVE OR DENY PAYMENT ON CHARGES THAT WOULD TAKE MY ACCOUNT OVER MY BALANCE? '' Copied verbatim from the BBB complaint. Thats the Question that has been skated around with a response of 'The Banks discretion '' and " The right to approve or deny .... '' Which does not really answer the question. I have about 3 emails since - of 2015 saying that the payment method has been declined but will try again in a couple days or to
to be done as to WHAT CHANGED ... - And the response of " Banks Discretion '' and " the right to approve or deny '' will not fly with me cause if it was your right not to pay it before even tho it was a recurring charge then as it is now, why change that right and pay it causing me to be over drafted? The last bank I was with didnt do that to me, why is it this bank is doing that to me? I understand I wasnt charged an NSF fee, thank you. But I would like to avoid all kinds of fees all together. And stopping recurring payments can not be done cause of these are subscription services and the only way to have them is to have it set up with a card. Its ok if they get denied. Ive seen they give about 2 weeks for the payment to go thru, which is enough time for it to go thru.
