Citibank Credit card department,
I purchased a - from Best Buy using their 18 month deferred interest agreement. I was unable to pay the balance in full by the end of the promotional period and was charged $940.00 in interest. I called Best Buy to see if they could reduce the interest payment. On a $2000.00 laptop, I was charged $1000.00 in interest.
