Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Georgia

This complaint is in reference to File # -. - - - has reported an eviction in the amount of $4700.00 In the month of -/-/-. Also a public record from - County Circuit Court In the amount of $1100.00 both are from the same original creditor ( THE RESERVE AT - - APARTMENTS ) both have been reported on credit report. On -/-/- I contacted Transunion @ - I spoke with agent from - by the name of -. I told - that I wanted to dispute some accounts that are being reported inaccurately and I asked about the difference in the amounts for the - - - - Account. I questioned the Amount of $4700.00 which i have no knowledge of and how could Transunion allow such a huge amount to be reported on credit file without legal and proper doccumentation. I was advised by - that i could dispute both items. Upon my disputes i requested for validation of debt and a billing statement with the list of charges from the collection agency. The court order was only for $1100.00 where did they get $4700.00 from? I called back on -/-/- to do a follow up of

The response was from a collection agent by the name of - -, she responded that this debt was verified and consumer needs to pay the debt. I recently had a tenant screening done my application was denied for having a Public record And eviction on credit report with - different amounts appeared to leasing management as seperate evictions. I have no knowledge of this agency an the amount that is being reported on my consumer files. I have no contract with this Third Party Collection Agency. They are in violation to my consumer rights. If this continue to remain on my consumer file, further actions WILL be taken! PLEASE REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT PERMANATELY.
