I disputed information reporting incorrectly on my credit report with Transunion File # -. Transunion reported back to me that there was no change and the information would remain. However, the information is not correct and Transunion has refused to disclose there source of information or to delete the incorrect information. The information disputed was a wage earner chapter - supposedly filed -/-/- & and an chapter - from -/-/-. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681i of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) ; I demand that the items mentioned in this dispute letter be verified & deleted from my Credit Report.
