To Whom It May Concern, My name is - -, My account number with Barclay Card is -. I received mycredit card statementin the mail and noticed I was charged twice for flights from the - to - back in -/-/-. My wife used my card without my authorization, when the credit card company called me I told them there was no authorization for this charge and to cancel it ; they said they would. In the meantime my wife never received a confirmation for these flights thereforeshe understood that the flights were NEVER booked. I was charged twice for this charge and wish to be refunded for this, Ideclined the charge when Barclay Card called and on top of it my wife never received confirmation for the flight. I then was only reimbursed for one charge and not the second, if I DID NOT authorize this charge how is it that I was charged TWICE? I have been dealing with this issue since -/-/- and have received no resolution through Barclay Card regardless of numerous phone calls and e-mails. I live on a budget and this charge to my credit card is a heavy burden, especially receiving no adequate resolution on an issue I have been dealing with since -/-/-.
