Wells Fargo switched around their monthly statements to exclude activity I do every month ( - debit transactions ) on the same day and then charged me a service fee. They are refusing to refund me the $10.00. I suspect this is widespread. They purposefully make statements on odd dates that do not coincide with calendar months and change the statement time periods to trick consumers.
