Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
On - -/-/2017, I opened a new credit account through American Eagle Outfitter with Synchromy Bank - Then on - -, 6 days later, i received an email saying my statement period had ended and I owed $25.00. It said I could view or pay balance by clicking - of - links. I click the links and could not view or pay as I hadnt received the card yet to register my online account with them. So my due date with them is by - -. I have no way to log in or pay this statement balance/. I had this account 6 days before the statement was printed and with the due date of - -, my account will not even have been opened 30 days and it will already be overdue! This is unfair practice to the consumer!
