Incorrect information on credit report Public record Kentucky

I am having this issue with transunion refusing to update the - account that was discharged in bankruptcy on -/-/15. The dates as you can see are wrong as well as the account status that states - closed - derogatory. There is also a high balance showing of $14000.00 which is supposed to be $0.00. This account should show $0.00, discharged in bankruptcy. It is misreporting and I have spoken with this credit bureau more than once in the past two weeks yet they continue to repeatedly tell me that it is supposed to report as derogatory when it is discharged in bankruptcy however this is not what I read the federal law to state. This misreporting of this account on my credit is causing me to not be able to obtain credit and has hindered me for over two years now.
