Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Georgia

I have for the past year disputing this account have sent them several certified letters as well as Identity theft information showing that the account was not mines. However they sent me a check showing a payment that was made with my name on it from another closed bank account that was closed because of the same Identity theft reason. I am trying to get this resolved once again and the company has not been helpful even after verifying everything asked of me.
