ATG Credit, LLC Debt collection department,

I do not know Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Georgia

On -/-/2016 I checked my credit report and ATG Credit LLC is on my credit report for an unknown account with the amount of -. It states the account was opened on -/-/2016 which is a LIE BECAUSE I did n't open any accounts in -/-/2016 that went to collections. ATG Credit did not contact me nor did they send me a letter informing of what ever debt this is which violated my right as a consumer to dispute or have whatever this debt is validated. According to the FCRA a collection MUST notify the consumer by letter of the debt to give the consumer a chance to ask for validation to dispute the debt. My rights was violated and I will be seeking to file a civil suit. This account needs to come off my - CREDIT REPORT ASAP.
