Barclays PLC Credit card department,

In -/-/- - discontinued its credit card affiliation with - and moved it to Barclay. First we pay all credit cards in full each month. When the conversion took place there was no balance due -, however we did have a disputed item for a medical bill with - for $1000.00 which we have since been reimbursed for by our health insurance provider and Barclay has been paid too. As of -/-/- this matter is still not resolved and Barclay says we owe them $3100.00 which includes interest charges. For one year I have asked for details and NONE received, I have written directly to The Office of the President and they have not resolved the problem. I have tried almost 20 times to get this matter resolved!!!!!!!! In the mean our credit rating has dropped several points. How can you help?
