Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Today I called Paypal - Account ending in - to see what my balance is since I have n't received any communication from them. I found out my account was closed and my balance was transferred on -/-/2016 to my PayPal -. My issue is I had set up automatic payments to PayPal - account for minimum payment due on -/-/2016. As of -/-/2016 to current date, minimum payment due is still being taken out of my checking account for a total of $310.00. In addition, I made additional payments to - from another checking account for a total of $300.00. Thats a total of $610.00 which were n't credit to my PayPal -. I have contacted PayPal - and they referred me to PayPal -. I then called PayPal - and they referred me to -. I called - and they told me to call my banks. All in all no one had a record of these payments but my banks. One of my banks asked me to send a stop payment and request a refund for -/-/- payment. The other bank which I last paid out of was in -/-/-. What I 'd like to know is what do I have to do to recover my money and if you can help me do so? I have documentation from my banks showing dates and amounts of payments made. I 'm at my wits end. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Respectfully, -
