Incorrect information on credit report Public record Florida

I have disputed - tax liens on my trans union report several times they are released and paid which i did not owe i called the the state of West Virginia they told me that the credit bureau did not verify my tax liens because they can not give out that kind of information. These tax liens have hindered my credit report and me of establishing credit.they should have never been placed on my credit report.
