Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have had to call Care Credit and/or talk to multiple representatives six times in twenty days. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Every time I call Care Credit, I am told finance charges are being waived and that the payments will be adjusted from the Promotional Balance and placed on the Revolving Balance as I have requested. I am also told that the payments I am currently making will be applied to the revolving balance as requested. Yet, every single time I call or get a new statement, nothing I have requested has been done, or it has been done at one time, and then reversed to the promotional balance. I have to micromanage this company every single day. They apply the total payment to the promotional balance in order to keep all of your balances active so that they can continue charging the maximum interest and assure that your balances do not go down.
