Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Massachusetts

I 've repeatedly requested investigation of a bankruptcy being reported on my credit report by -, Transunion and -. This information is being provided by a third party and not a creditor. This information is not being reported by the courts, and should not appear on my report. I 've asked the bureau to stop reporting this information because the court is not a creditor, and they have not provided the credit reporting agencies with any information. I would like the credit reporting agencies to remove this information from my credit file permanently.
