Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Texas

I 've called and sent a letter to TransUnion about inaccurate inquiries on my credit report. Every time I call, I 'm told they will be on my report for two years and that any company can put an inquiry on my credit report. I then informed them that I 'm aware that you should n't be able to put an inquiry on my file without me authorizing it. The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someone 's credit is for ; A firm offer of credit, insurance, employment and or court ordered. I 've received a letter today stating the inquiries will remain on my credit report for two years. I did not authorize these inquiries as to why I 'm disputing them.
