Vehicle lease Managing the loan or lease Florida

I have a vehicle loan through Wells Fargo that I am paying off.every time I pay a large sum at one time they introduce a payment cap. Fest I could not pay more that $560.00 at a time, now I can not pay more than $460.00 at a time. They are forcing me to pay unnecessary interest.
