Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

Dear Sir ( s ), I had a car through wells fargo and was paying the loan. I got unemployed. They repossed my car after 3 months. I went to - - to get it from the auction. I was back in there grace. I got in a car accident and had medical bills. This time they ask is the car repaired the auto insurance ( full coverage - ) repaired it good as new. Then they said sorry have to talk to the repo department no answer. Reposed the car after fully fix. - stuck me with a bill of -. Without consultation. Filed complaint with credit bureaus they just put customer disagrees. But car had less than a - left on pay off? So they just took the creditors word didnt investigate. Did't check worth of car after full repair etc. And stuck me with a bill. As usual just side with who they work for credit companies instead of at least compiling proof of damages or allowing me to see such. So thay turned a great profit resold the car got someone else a new payoff on a fully fix up car and charge me.
