I have a Amazon Card through Synchrony Financial. I had a $700.00 credit limit. I made my monthly payments until I could n't in - of 2016. A rep from synchrony called me in - of 2016 and we set up a repayment plan for six months so I could get my card back on track. Every Month through the six months the payment was a little more than the last. Well come to the end of the six months my account is still delinquent and closed. The rep told me that when I finished with the - payments my account would be current, the late fees would stop and I would start making the usual monthly payments. I said ok. Well come to the end of the six months I talked to someone at Synchrony and they said that I was still $170.00 behind and they keep putting late charges towards my account and they have closed my account. I told them what the rep told me when we started the repayment and they said that she should n't have said that and that you still have to pay all of this to get your account current. I refuse to pay this due to them telling me that it would all be current after the - payments. I did n't set the amount to pay they did and I did n't set the length of time to make these payments they did. I just want them to make this right.
