Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I overpaid by over $1300.00 my Sam 's credit card which is financed by Synchrony bank on -/-/2017. I have made multiple calls to the bank to get the overpayment refunded back to my account. The customer service person said they ca n't refund the money back to my account, but they ca send a check in 15 days. This money have been out of my account since -/-/-, today is -/-/-, why have n't I received my refund. This is unfair to the consumers because these banks take the money out of your accounts in seconds, but it takes weeks for the consumer to get their money back.
